Select rose $1.56 to $387.73, widening the spread to $28.28. The Rib primal climbed $11.09 to $644.25, the highest so far this year. Loin and Round also posted gains, while Chuck and Plate eased slightly. Total loads were 103, down from 122 the previous day.
